R.I. Investigations, Inc. Response to COVID-19
* Services to those on the front lines of this pandemic (such as medical personnel), will be given priority.
* Customers' appointment times will be within 30 to 45 minutes of each other, (this is to properly sanitize and disinfect immediate environment and equipment).
* Only one customer will be serviced at a time.
* Upon entry, customers are to remove and leave their shoes at the door, and wash their hands.
* Customers will be provided with disinfected shower slippers to be worn while be serviced.
* Customers are more than welcomed to bring and utilize their own personal protective equipment.
* Upon departure, customers will receive a 1 (one) ounce travel-sized bottle of disinfectant, (while supplies last).
